How can I place an order?
Browse through the website and select your favorite products. Choose your size of the product that you would like to buy and click on the "ADD TO BASKET" button on the product page. Your chosen products will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen. Review the products in your shopping bag by clicking the sign of the ‘‘CART’’ on the right top of the page and click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" to complete your order. If you have any problems, please contact customer care at info@theundo.store.
How to create an account?
You can create a new account in our store or you can sing up with your Google Account or your Facebook Account.
Protecting to your jewelry
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the fact that most of our jewellery is handmade we do not offer any refunds. In case that you are not fully happy with your purchase we will be able to offer you an exchange. Please contact us at info@theundo.store for more details
Can I order a product I like from your social media, that is not listed to the e-shop's products?
Yes, you can order a product that you liked on our Instagram account "THE UNDO" or our Facebook Page "THE UNDO" that is still in stock. Please send us email with a photo of the product you liked at info@theundo.store for more details.
